The same particle count, in fewer cycles. Nanobubble water lifts contamination from process parts, pipework, and vessels — shortening turnaround without ultrasonic energy and without changing your chemistry.
Same result.
Fewer cycles.
Parts, pipework, and vessels are cleaned today by filling, agitating, and repeating — an ultrasonic bath or a slow tumble, run cycle after cycle until the particle count stops falling. Every cycle costs an hour and a full fill. Nanobubble water changes what the liquid does at the surface: contamination releases sooner and stays suspended instead of settling back, so the count comes down in fewer passes.
- The same particle count reached in fewer cycles
- Shorter turnaround per part, with no change to the process
- No ultrasonic energy, and no change to your chemistry
- Charged bubbles hold particles in suspension — no re-deposition
The fundamentals.
bubble diameter for sub-micron particle lift
nanobubble stability in the cleaning bath
surface charge that keeps particles off the surface
Where it fits.
A vessel is part-filled and tumbled slowly, exactly as it is today. What changes is the water: as each section of wall passes through it, contamination releases, stays suspended instead of settling back, and leaves with the drain — so the count falls in fewer cycles.
Process parts & chamber ware
Quartz ware, nozzles, electrodes, and carriers come clean in the bath they already sit in — shortening the turnaround between strip-down and rebuild.
Pipework, lines & tanks
Distribution lines, recirculation loops, and storage tanks are cleaned in place by the fluid already moving through them — no disassembly, and nothing left behind to neutralise.
Vessels, drums & carriers
Large lined and electropolished vessels are filled, tumbled, and drained exactly as they are now. The water simply does more per pass, so fewer passes are needed to reach the count.
Dosed inline, no new tooling
Bubbles are dosed into the water at the point of use and stay stable for a full shift — so the working fluid is still water, delivered through the plumbing you already have.
Three advantages.
Fewer cycles
Contamination releases as the surface meets the water, rather than waiting out a full soak — so the particle count reaches spec in fewer passes and each part spends less time in the bath.
Less effort
No ultrasonic transducers to maintain, no manual scrubbing, no change to how the bath is run. The cleaning happens inside the fill you are already doing.
Nothing to qualify
Parts are cleaned before they ever reach the fab, so there is no in-fab tool qualification to clear. The working fluid is the same water with gas dissolved into it, and a strong negative surface charge is what keeps lifted particles from settling back.
The same clean, in fewer cycles.
Whether you're shortening a parts-cleaning turnaround or getting more out of a bath you already run — Nable's nanobubble platform works with the equipment already on your floor.
